Personalization
Our website is designed to allow
you the shopper to easily customize a shirt and other items. All the designs shown
on the shirts are embroidered unless otherwise noted and come as part of the retail price shown. Names and back
designs are optional and prices are shown with each item. All the personalization is
high stitch count professional embroidery.
If you a looking for particular type design, please feel free to search our additional design
catalog, DESIGN CATALOG.
For pricing, please note the design number call or e-mail customerservice@westernshirts.com with the design number
your name and contact number and we will promptly send you pricing.
If you have your own design or logo, we would be happy to convert the design into
stitching and stitch it on a shirt.

Sizing Help - How to measure
Information
We have tried to provide as much information as possible to help you select the correct size. Size charts are provided on each shirt page.
Method One (Measure an existing shirt that fits you well)
  Step 1: Lay the buttoned shirt flat on a flat surface. Measure the across the chest 1" below the armhole. Double the measurement
to account for both the front AND back.
 Step 2: If you like a close fit, subtract 4 inches from the
shirt measurement. This is your chest size.
  Step 3:Find the closest measurement in the chest sizes chart found on the shirt page.
Method Two (Estimate from actual chest measurement)
  Step 1: If you do not already know your chest measurement, measure
the fullest part of your chest. Typically 1" below the arm.
 Step 2:Find the closest measurement on the sizing chart found on each shirt page. If you want extra room, buy up a size.

We do not recommend the clients size down from what they would "normally" purchase.
Timeframe for Shipments
Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipment of Personalized/Embroidered
items . Please allow 7-10 days when selecting standard shipping for reciept of non embroidered items.
If you need your order sooner, please see RUSH orders below.
When choosing an express option, please note that weekends, holidays
and the day that the product ships do not count as transit time.
If shipment is critical, we will make every effort
to meet on or before specific date request.
Rush Orders
If you need your order in a short time frame (less than 2 weeks)including shirts with or with out personalization please let us know and our customer care will help you to get them in time.
1. Shop and add to cart stuning western shirts with all your personalizations, western purses, belts or other western items.
2. Go ahead and follow the check out procedure. At the very end you will see a "Special Instructions" box
3. Note the date you need the items.
4. Enter payment information and submit order.
5.Customer Care will contact you promptly the next business day about any additional arrangements that need to made to make this date.
Shipping Information
Information
We primarily ship
orders via USPS Priority or First Class Mail, and UPS Ground and Air shipments. If you have a less than 2 weeks time frame and need a day definite delivery (2) Two day or Overnight is strongly recommended.
Shipping costs are based on the number of items ordered. Standard shipping ranges from $5.95 on lighter items, $0.90 for additional items to $9.00 for heavier items (all shirts)
$1.90 for each additional item. Air charges are additional. Options will be calculated and selectable before check out. If you require a signature, then additional charges of $3.00 will be added upon
shipment of the shirts.
Items that are free shipping and or exchanges, ship via U.S. first class mail service.
In order to keep shipping cost down for all our customers,
customers providing incorrect or incomplete address will
be charged the $10.00 additional address correction fee charged to westernshirts by UPS.
Post Office Boxes
We will only ship to Post Office Boxes utilizing U.S.P.S. Priority
Mail. If you want express delivery you will need to provide
a street address to utilize one of the express delivery services.
APO/FPO
We will only ship to APO/FPO addresses utilizing U.S.P.S. Priority
Mail. If you want express delivery you will need to provide
a street address to utilize one of the express delivery services.
Note: we cannot provide delivery confirmation for APO/FPO.
Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska
If you need something faster than standard shipping please select the appropriate air shipping for these areas.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally including Canada. If you do have someone who will recieve and forward your order to you, we will be glad to work with you. Please call customer care @ (877) 295 7848 to place order.
Minimum Order
westernshirts.com does not have a minimum order amount. You
can order a single shirt or 10,000 and we will still fill the
order.
Phone Orders
westernshirts.com will be glad to take your order by phone. We ask that you provide
an e-mail address if possible for an order confirmation. When you
receive your order confirmation
it is your responsibility to review the order for accuracy. Please notify customer service immediately if
changes are required.
Customer Satisfaction/Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our product.
For returns (non-personalized)
products, please call (717) 741 5322 or email customerserviceteam@westernshirts.com us for a Return Authorization Number.
All returns must be made within 15 days of receipt and exchanges with in 30 days. After 15 days, a 10% restocking fee will apply. After 20 days, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Order of 5 -10 items will automatically incur a 10% restocking fee and over 10+ will incur a 20% restocking fee.
No returns with or without an Return Authorization Number after 30 days or if the garment has been laundered.
No returns with be accepted without an return authorization number.
Understandably, personalized and clearance items (free of defect) cannot be
accepted for return.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Master Card, American
Express, Discover. There is no surcharge
for using your credit card to make purchases with westernshirts.com.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone
number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has
on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in
processing your order. Your credit card will be charged upon
order placement.
You can also place an order with a personal check or money order.
Proceed to the checkout online to see instructions on how to
place an order with a personal check, or money order. We must
receive payment before
your order will be processed.
Gift Certificate
If you are not sure what to get that special bowler, send them
a AJ's Western Wear Outfitters Gift Certificate.
Available in any amount your heart desires. We'll send out the
certificate along with our catalog and your best wishes.
Print Catalog
All our shirts are shown online. Because our styles change often, AJ's Western Wear Outfitters . does not do a print catalog. Please do feel free to print our individual pages to keep and share with others.
Secure Order Processing
Our site uses Authorize.Net
to process secure credit card transactions. Authorize.Net is
one of the most trusted name for internet e-commerce solutions.
When you arrive at the final page of the checkout, you will
be connected to Authorize.Net's secure server. You will then
see the unbroken key or a closed lock at the bottom corner of
your browser (depending on your browser).
When placing an order via the internet, your information is
transmitted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the
approved industry standard. To check the security of your connection,
look at the lower corner of your browser window as you place
your order. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending
