Our website is designed to allow you the shopper to easily customize a shirt and other items. All the designs shown on the shirts are embroidered unless otherwise noted and come as part of the retail price shown. Names and designs are optional and prices are shown with each item. All the customization is high stitch count professional embroidery.

- How to measure -
We have tried to provide as much information as possible to help you select the correct size. Size charts are provided on each shirt page near the select size option for ordering.
Method One (Measure an existing shirt that fits you well)
Step 1: Lay the buttoned shirt flat on a flat surface. Measure the across the chest 1" below the armhole. Double the measurement to account for both the front AND back.
Step 2: If you like a close fit, subtract 4 inches from the shirt measurement. This is your chest size.
Step 3:Find the closest measurement on the sizing chart found on each shirt page.
Method Two (Estimate from actual chest measurement)
Step 1: If you do not already know your chest measurement, measure the fullest part of your chest. Typically 1" below the arm.
Step 2:Find the closest measurement on the sizing chart found on each shirt page. If you want extra room, buy up a size.
We do not recommend the clients size down from what they would "normally" purchase. In general, western shirts are designed to be more form fitting.
We primarily ship standard shipping order via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
We realize that often you need items in a hurry for an upcoming occasion, so we are pleased to offer you the option of Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) or Two (2) Day Shipping. The costs for this option vary, and they are NOT included in our free shipping promotion. Two (2) Day shipping is shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. AJ's Western Wear reserves the right to select the delivery carrier.
When choosing the Standard Shipping Method (5-7 Business Days), please note that weekends, holidays and the day that the product ships do not count as transit time. In addition, we will need a little extra time to do shirts with embroidered logo and/or monogramming, please allow 5-7 business days for these shirts to get hand-made extra special for you before shipment.

If shipment arrival date is critical, we will make every effort to meet on or before specific date request, please note the date in the comments box at the end of checkout. If we have concerns about the arrival date, we will contact you immediately.

We are not processing international orders at this time.
AJ's Western Wear does not have a minimum order amount. You can order a single shirt or 10,000 and we will still fill the order.
AJ's Western Wear will be glad to take your order by phone. We ask that you provide an e-mail address if possible for an order confirmation. When you receive your order confirmation it is your responsibility to review the order for accuracy. Please notify customer service immediately if changes are required.
We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise, for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exception is personalized or custom made items. All items must be unworn or used with original tags attached.

1. To make your return or exchange go smoothly, please email email@example.com us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN), if it is easier feel free to call customer service at 1(877) 907-7879.
2. In the email, include the name that's on the order or the order number. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or return.
3. Customer Service will promptly email you the RMA and easy additional instructions on sending your item back to the address below.

4. After we receive your returned merchandise, we will either expeditiously refund the appropriate item's purchase price less shipping or we will ship your exchange.
5. We will gladly do exchanges at NO charge within 30 days of receipt of item.
6. Calculating Your Refund:
--Returns before 15 days of receipt of item: 100% of item's price.
--Returns after 15 days of receipt of item: 90% of item's price.
--Returns after 20 days of receipt of item: 80% of the item's price.
--Returns of 3 items within any 60 day period: 90% of items' price.
--Returns of 4 or more items within any 60 day period: 80% of items price.
--Returns without RMA or sent to incorrect warehouse: 80% of item's price.
--No Returns or Exchanges after 30 days from Receipt of Items.
--Returns from Production Companies: 80% of the item's price.
--Order Canceled after 24 hours: 90% of item's price.
--COUPONS-- if your return decreases your order total to below the dollar about specified on the coupon then your return will reflect the price less the discount.
--CLEARANCE & CLOSEOUT are all non-returnable and non-exchangeable, no exceptions.
We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with AJ's Western Wear. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause your credit card to be declined. Your credit card will be charged upon order placement.
You can also place an order with a personal check or money order. Proceed to the checkout stand to see instructions on how to place an order with a personal check, or money order. We must receive payment before your order will be processed.
In order to bring you continually update cowboy and cowgirl styles and the high cost of printing, AJ's Western Wear does not offer a print catalog. We would love for your to share the shirts and other items on our web site, therefore please feel free to print our pages or email them via the email a friend on each product page.

(D) IN NO EVENT WILL AJ's Western Wear OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DISTRIBUTING THE SERVICE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF THE BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. (E) AJ's Western Wear NEITHER ENDORSES NOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE, OR STATEMENT ON THE ONLINE SERVICE.
(F) AJ's Western Wear DOES NOT ENDORSE, WARRANT OR GUARANTEE ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OFFERED BY A THIRD-PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICE AND WILL NOT BE A PARTY TO OR IN ANY WAY MONITOR ANY TRANSACTION BETWEEN ANY USER AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. (E) Each user shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware, and other equipment needed for access to and use of the Service, and users shall be responsible for all charges related thereto.
